Ms. Esther Mang’enya is the Managing Director of Azania Bank PLC. She is a seasonal banker having been working in the banking industry for over 28 years. She has previously worked in various positions within Azania Bank PLC including, Head of Risk Management and Director of Credit. 

She is an Economics graduate having graduated with Honors in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration (Finance). She is a Certified Director holding certificate of directorship (CirDir) issued by the Institute of Directors of Tanzania (IODT).
